Directions from Lenoir via 321 North:
From Lenoir, take 321N to the intersection of 321 and Hwy 268 (Cheek’s Convenience Store is on the left). Turn right onto NC Highway 268 and follow for 1 mile. Turn right to stay on NC Highway 268 and continue for 0.3 miles. The destination will be on the right.
Directions from Blowing Rock via 321 South:
From Blowing Rock, take 321S to the intersection of 321 and Hwy 268 (Cheek’s Convenience Store is on the right). Turn left onto NC Highway 268 and follow for 1 mile. Turn right to stay on NC Highway 268 and continue for 0.3 miles. The destination will be on the right.

Take Abington Road from Lenoir until you reach the end of the Abington Rd (approx 8 miles). Turn Left onto Collettsville Road. Travel .83 miles. Collettsville Medical Center is on your right.
Directions from Lenoir via 321 North:
From Lenoir, take 321N to the intersection of 321 and Hwy 268 (Cheek’s Convenience Store is on the left). Turn left onto Warrior Road. Travel .61 miles and turn Right onto Setzer’s Creek Rd. Travel to the end of Setzer’s Creek Road (approx 3 miles). Turn Right onto Collettsville Road. Travel 6 miles. Collettsville Medical Center is on your right.
